PodCamp NH 2011

The state motto of New Hampshire is Live Free or Die. We think the PodCamp NH motto is well done. Learn Free or Die.

We were very happy to meet Chris Penn, co-founder of the first PodCamp. The other co-founder of PodCamp is our son Chris Brogan.

This is the schedule bot created by Sean OConnell.

Sean was also the winner of #Battledeck.

Yours truly of Mom Pop Pow, doing a double header, came in third.

The lovely Leslie Poston, founder of PodCamp NH, gave the welcome message.

Building a Web Show was presented by Amanda Narcisi, Jim Baker, and Chris St. Onge. See them on GeeksX2.com.

The talent, Chris and Jim, gave a stream lined version, while Amanda did the filming.

There was a rousing game of quidditch before lunch.

After the exciting Quidditch game we had a fabulous lunch. You can read all about it here written by our new friend Diane Vautier on her blog, Sometimes I “Veg”

Happy to have gotten this picture of Paul Lyzun watching the Quidditch game. His talk on Editing Audio was so interesting, we forgot to take a picture of him during the session.

Leslie Poston, and all of her helpers did a great job of presenting a most successful PodCamp NH 2011. Thank you.

Great recap of #pcnh. Wish I had gotten a chance to talk to you both, but the day seemed to really fly by. Glad you won a door prize though – I had a blast upcycling last years tee shirts into giveaways for this year.

The day was great fun. You are really clever with the needle. The door prizes were unique and well made.

      Thank you,
      Diane

I’ve heard such good things about PodCamp but never thought to go because I don’t ‘pod’. But even so, I bet I could learn a lot about editing and maybe get comfortable with being able to create a podcast. And I love going to events where super smart people share their passion. It makes it that much more fun.
