Let the Sunshine In – A Little Bit

 

In the Southwest, the sun can get pretty hot when it comes through the window. It reminds me of the experiment we did as kids when we used a magnifying glass with the sun to start a fire. Somewhere along the way, I heard of solar screens. I asked our realtor, Michael Petit, about them. He recommended Southwest Solar Screens and the rest is history.

    One of the best things we did was to put up the solar shades. It’s a very worthwhile investment and while you won’t see a lot of benefit now that fall is near, come late spring & summer you’ll definitely notice the difference. They look beautiful too!

      They work very well. I am so glad we have them. They make the kitchen much cooler.
