America the Beautiful

We left Middlesex, NJ this morning and ended the day in Pittsburg, PA. We had a beautiful day enjoying America. Our modern cameras with exceptional applications, do not match the capability of our eyes.

I shot over a hundred pictures, but used only twenty some. I am waiting for those Google glasses that allow one to blink and take the same picture one sees with the eye. That would be so cool.

Pennsylvania farmland with animals grazing in the fields is so beautiful. There are also a lot of mountains and rock out crops that are stunning. After a shower, we were driving through a stretch of road with rock walls on each side. The sun was shinning on the rocks. They glistened like precious gems and we were transfixed.

We had a pleasant day just appreciating America.

I always thought Pennsylvania looked like NH. Lots of green and lots of hills and mountains. I am enjoying your cross country tweets. :)
